Shipping policy

Delivery takes 10–15 business days within the States when selecting the basic shipping method (USPS/FedEx).

Orders placed after 2PM on Fridays, and throughout the weekends, will be processed on Mondays.

Occasionally, we may not have the entire order printed, and we need to print the items to order. In these cases, the order may take slightly longer to reach you. If this happens, we will make every effort to notify you of the issue.

For international orders, please note that your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over these charges and are not responsible for them!

Divine Selection is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Divine Selection is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or FedEx.

*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned to us for having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will need to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
